Questions people ask

What happens to the photo?

It is used once, to draw the character sheet, then deleted 30 days after delivery. It never appears in the film and is never shown to anyone.

How long does it take?

About an hour of the fairy's time. You approve the character sheet and the script along the way, so the film arrives as soon as you have said yes twice, usually the same day.

What if something looks wrong?

Two fixes are free. Pick the five-second moment, tell the fairy what to change, and she redoes just that part.

Who can be the star?

Anyone: a child, a parent, a grandparent, a couple, even the dog. Every story has a role for a hero and optional family members.

Which languages?

English at launch. More are coming, starting with the ones you ask for.

Can I get a refund?

Cancel for a full refund any time before filming starts. After that the film is made for you, so we fix instead of refund.
